MOLI TEA HOUSE

If you find yourself in this part of the UK you have to take a stroll through Market Hall located in the towne centre of Shrewsbury.  Market Hall offers a selection of various stalls and shops selling everything from meats and cheeses to clothing and accessories.  After you've walked around and worked up an appetite, make your way upstairs to Moli Tea House for amazing handmade Chinese dumplings, and a tasty dipping sauce.  If someone told me the best Chinese dumplings I would ever have would require me to take a 2 1/2 hour train ride and approximately a 15 min walk I would have said "that's absolute nonsense!"  It's not!  It's not nonsense.  These are undoubtedly the best Chinese dumplings I've ever had. My best friend lives in Shrewsbury so when I go for a visit at some point during that visit she knows we must go for dumplings, tea and chat.  Did I mention the tea?  Well tea house is in the name and Moli offers a wide variety of seasonal loose leaf teas imported from Sichuan.  A taste of China gem in the heart of Shrewsbury?  Who would have thought it?
