The view alone is a reason to head to Pier W.  Sitting on stilts on the edge of a cliff Pier W has a breathtaking view of Lake Erie.  Depending on your seating location within Pier W your view is seamless and you feel as if you are floating above Lake Erie.  The atmosphere is bustling with a very busy bar area and the food is really good.  I've only been to Cleveland twice and both times had dinner at Pier W.  It is definitely a place I will go again if I'm ever again in the Cleveland area.
