MACELLAIO RC SOUTH KENSINGTON

I have walked past Macellaio RC South Kensington numbers of times and never realized it was a restaurant.  There's a good reason for that.  So walking by one day with one of my really good girlfriends she happened to mention they have great steaks.  She knows I love a good steak.  I looked and said something like oh did you buy some steak there?  To which she replied no they ate inside.  Well this confused me because at first look all you see is meat in the window.  It literally looks like a butcher shop.  So I took a closer look and immediately said "I must eat here!"  and reservations were made.  The steak was delicious but it's not a single person portion kinda place.  It's best to go with at least one other person.  Very interesting place and the fact that it's a butcher shop with dining tables makes it very charming and unique.
