Moroccan Fish Balls with Tomato Sauce and Green Cashew Tahini

Hello Everyone! I hope you enjoy this recipe. The blend of all the herbs and flavors make this a light and flavorful meal for any summertime dinner. Tomato sauce with a dollop of tahini sauce and a bite of the fish ball is a flavor bomb for the mouth! I hope you enjoy and please remember to hit like and subscribe to follow along as I explore more recipes and cooking techniques. Thank you Fish Balls - Cod - 1 pound Pork Rinds - 1/2 - 1 cup Parsley - 1/2 cup Cumin - 1 teaspoon or to taste Cilantro - 1/2 cup Garlic - 5 cloves Onion - 1 large Egg White - 1 egg white beaten Lightly process all ingredients leaving fish flaky. Do not over blend. Form balls and cook in the oven at 400 degree F for approximately 30 mins. Green Cashew Tahini Sauce Cashews - 1/2 cup soaked in boiling water for approx 15 min Tahini - 2 tablespoons Cilantro - handful Mint - 5-6 leaves Lemon - juice of one lemon Sea Salt - 1 teaspoon Water - 1/4 or a little more depending on desired thickness Enjoy!
